NLFS delivers mental health care across some of the prisons and provides mental health services as HM Young Offenders Institutions in Aylesbury.

Head of Nursing, Quality & Governance - Band 8c
The North London Forensic Consortium (NLFC) is a partnership of five Mental Health Trusts; Barnet Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (lead provider), East London Foundation Trust, West London NHS Trust, Central and North West London Foundation Trust, and North East London Foundation Trust. This role sits within the newly established NLFC Commissioning Hub Team, which is responsible for quality assurance, as part of the contract management process, and supporting the providers to develop the quality of their services, which could be via service development and/or improved systems and processes.
The post holder will lead on the quality assurance of all adult secure sub-contractors in North London, the development of a quality assurance framework that seeks to integrate with provider and local commissioner systems and escalation processes with NHSE/I and regulators. The post is ideal for a candidate with previous experience working in a commissioning setting or someone with a strong governance background within their organisations nursing directorate.
