Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust is responsible for providing mental health services for people of all ages across the London Boroughs of Barnet, Enfield and Haringey, as well as providing some specialist services across the whole of North London and beyond. Since January 2011, the Trust also provides adult and children’s community health services in Enfield, following the transfer of Enfield Community Services from NHS Enfield.

Overseas Visitor Income Manager-
Barnet Enfield & Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust have an opportunity for someone seeking to manage the Trust’s recently established Overseas Visitors programme.
Working with the Head of Contracts and Project Management Office, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the Overseas Visitors programme. The post-holder will be required to maintain a comprehensive understanding of national regulations around overseas visitors, and develop and maintain Trust policies and procedures for overseas visitors.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a busy, complex and changing environment. They will have a good eye for detail and excellent analytical skills, as they will be central to the identification and recording of Overseas visitors across the Trust.
The role will necessitate close working relationships with BEH Consultants, operational management teams, ward staff, patients, the DWP, relevant international embassies, and other external bodies across two busy and dynamic London boroughs. The role requires a high degree of empathy in dealing with extremely sensitive issues.
This is a varied, challenging, and fast-paced role in a complex and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have a real opportunity to make a difference to the Trust, while working alongside many internal and external partners.
