Ward Administrator - Band 3

An exciting opportunity for the post of a Ward Administrator has arisen for an individual who is keen to develop their skills.

Duties you will be responsible for include

Ensuring the smooth & safe management of our patient care on the ward. 

Attend meeting, take minutes, editing and issuing reports. 

Maintain effective filing systems and  service user notes in line with Medical Records policy and procedure.  

Skilled at inputting, pulling & analysing data using Microsoft Excel

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc. 

Scanning and uploading paperwork on the electronic system.

An excellent verbal & written communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Able to swiftly solve problems & work under pressure without compromising quality 

You must be able to work independently and as a team, prioritising workload in an environment that is constantly changing. 

If you have the ability to multi-task in an administration role, with a flexible “can-do” attitude to work and can see yourself as part of a busy multidisciplinary team then we would like to hear from you.
