We have also been appointed as the lead provider of forensic mental health services across North London managing the devolved New Models of care budget of £170m from 2018/19. NLFS delivers mental health care across some of the prisons and provides mental health services as HM Young Offenders Institutions in Aylesbury.

We also provide one of the largest eating disorder services in England, as well as drug and alcohol services and mental health liaison services in North Middlesex University Hospitals Trust.

Are you interested in working for an exciting proactive team? Enfield Crisis Team is looking for 3 full-time band 6, nurse practitioner based in Chase Farm Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for an independent and self-sufficient practitioner. Experience working with adult who have mental health difficulties, previous experience of working in multi-disciplinary team, and an understanding of crisis intervention is required. The individual should be dynamic, pro-active and forward thinking and have a clear focus on patient and carer experience.

We are at the forefront of our field and we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our patients and carers.

The successful candidates must display a considerable degree of initiative, possess mature judgment and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with service users, their relatives and colleagues.

They must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills, manage competing demands and organize their own work in order for the smooth running of the service.
