Band 7 Senior Practitioner – Recovery and Enablement 3 month Secondment.

This is an excellent and rewarding opportunity for the right individual to work in a newly reconfigured Adult Mental Health Locality Team, whilst getting the opportunity to work alongside other care clinicians both within and outside of the Trust including statutory and non-statutory agencies.
This opportunity is currently available in the South Locality Adult Mental Health Team at Lucas House Edmonton on a fixed term position till December 2019.
We require an experienced clinician who is a natural leader, motivator, able to function independently and have a working knowledge of local services.
The successful individual will be joining a team that continuously aims to provide care underpinned by Enablement and Recovery approach, where the culture of on-going learning and staff empowerment is embedded. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to learn new skills and knowledge of evidence-based interventions using structured clinical management approach whilst also bringing their own transferable skills to enrich the team too.
This acting-up opportunity will be time limited until the substantive post is recruited to. (To be considered for the permanent post, a separate application through NHS JOBS will be required).
