If you are professional and passionate and think going the extra mile for your patients is the norm then you are what we are looking for. We are looking for a motivated Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our professional and friendly team in Enfield.

We are looking to appoint Staff Nurses (Magnolia Unit) to work within a unified Rehabilitation service, incorporating Magnolia Unit and Capetown ward.

Magnolia Unit is a nurse led service, enabling patients to regain their independence by supporting patients within the intermediate care structure, focusing on;

  • The Prevention of Admission Programme ( Accepting patients from acute AE departments and directly from the community)
  • The Discharge to Assess criteria, enabling patients to be fast tracked from acute care for rehabilitation.
  • Inter – hospital transfers for patients who are recovering from acute illness and require rehabilitation and enablement.

Capetown ward (previously managed by the Royal Free NHS Trust)

This service supporting patients from the following criteria

  • Inter – hospital transfers for patients who are recovering from acute illness and require rehabilitation and enablement.
  • Rehabilitation for patients with neurological needs
  • Rehabilitation for patients who are recovering from an acute stroke.

We want to ensure our patients meet their full potential and enjoy a high quality of care. If you are enthusiastic, committed and interested in a challenging yet very rewarding role we’d like to hear from you.
