An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced nurse in District Nursing Continence, to join the community nursing team in Enfield. You will be responsible for the holistic assessment, planning and delivery of high quality patient care both within the patient’s own homes and clinic settings. To apply, you will need to be highly motivated, with drive, initiative and enthusiasm and be an energetic individual with great people skills and commitment towards self-development. While evidence of collaborative teamwork, good community skills and experience are essential, you will be fully supported by the District Nursing Caseload Managers .

Essential requirements: Community Practitioner
• RN level 1 in Adult General Nursing
• Experience of working at a senior level in the community for 2 years.
• Car Driver NHS Experience
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
