Personal Assistant to Managing Director/Senior Manager- Band 5

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support up to two Senior Managers.

Required to work to a very high standard of accuracy, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to demonstrate initiative in planning your own workload in a way that supports the work of the allocated Director/Manager.

You will require excellent communication skills to assist in being able to respond professionally to enquiries both internal and external to the organisation, have a proactive and friendly attitude and be able to develop effective relationships with a wide range of staff and key stakeholders. You will be able to deal tactfully with issues of a sensitive nature. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

You will work as part of a small team that provides support to the Community Service Team, providing cross cover when required.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working at Assistant Director level or above within the NHS .
