The Integrated Learning Disabilities Service is a high performing health and social care service for adults with learning disabilities. The service also works with young people under 18 to support effective transition to adult life. The Therapies Manager has overall responsibility for Occupational and Art Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Physiotherapy.
The postholder will also be a key member of the Integrated Learning Disabilities Service management team taking a lead on designated areas as appropriate The Therapies Manager provides clinical leadership to your specialist professional team whilst taking on a small caseload of complex clients.
