About the Trust, and Enfield Community Health

BEH is a multiple award-winning, combined mental health and community Trust providing local, regional and national healthcare services. We are one of the largest employers in North London with over 3000 staff delivering a range of mental health and community services to a population of over one million.

In Enfield, we provide a range of services for young people, adults and older people. This includes a full range of adult community health services and some child health services.

The successful candidate appointed to the role of Head of Nursing (HN) will work in partnership with the Managing Director and the divisions leadership team to ensure the effective and safe management of the division. This will include supporting the development of new partnerships, pathways and service models.

As a key member of the Enfield Community Services leadership team the successful applicant will ensure effective integration of nursing and clinical governance throughout the Division whilst leading on the development of nursing policies, implementing evidence based practice and contributing further to the knowledge base by evaluation of practice and the implementation of innovation.
