Receptionist/Administrator Band 3 , West and Central Locality Teams, Halliwick Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen for full time, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 Receptionist Administrator in the Mental Health outpatient based at St Ann’s Hospital.

We are looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator who has excellent communication, computer, team building and interpersonal skills. We require a dynamic and motivated individual who is able to liaise with mentally ill people and work as part of a busy team within the community

You should have experience of working and dealing with difficult situations in a busy environment and be able to deal with difficult situations in a constructive and professional manner.

The post is based in St Ann’s Hospital. You will be a team player who is able to work on their own initiative, ensuring the team is supported and actively help to ensure the ward runs smoothly and efficiently and have the ability to prioritise their work load. The successful person will be able to work in a challenging and interesting environment and possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You will be computer literate and conscientious and able to deal with confidential service user issues.

Previous experience of working in a customer /patient care role as well as working in an administrative role or office environment is essential. Previous experience in Mental Health setting would be desirable.
