Since January 2011, the Trust also provides adult and children’s community health services in Enfield, following the transfer of Enfield Community Services from NHS Enfield.

Mental Health Nurse - Band 5 - Community
Barnet Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust are seeking to appoint suitably qualified Registered Mental Nurse full-time at various sites across the Trust for our community services.
Current vacancies include the locality teams in Barnet.
We are seeking to recruit highly innovative and motivated person with good communication skills and empathy to care for service users who can and do present with challenging behaviour and severe mental health problems.
The post holder will be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team, who will supervise, teach and instruct junior members of staff and Health Care Assistants in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care.
Working independently, the post holder will be responsible for developing and coordinating individual assessment and subsequent care plan involving service users at all times as agreed with the multi-disciplinary team whilst taking into consideration their cultural, spiritual and social needs.
The post holder will receive and give regular supervision and attend relevant training identified through Knowledge and Skills Framework processes.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
